Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at A Plastic Ocean Foundation.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.



You have 7 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it for replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

-Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

-With original packaging.

-Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


The following Goods cannot be returned:
-The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
-The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
-The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
-The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.


Replace and Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replace or refund after inspecting the item. If your item is approved, we will initiate a replacement of the products with the same model. If the products are unavailable in stocks, we will provide refunds to you. The refunds will be initiated to your Bank Account or by Cash. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.



You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


For Local customers, you may choose to bring your products to our office for return or refunds.
